  • Total Invoice Must Be at a Minimum of $50
  • Minimum Deposit of 20% Down
  • Payments must be made once a month with a maximum time limit of 90 days.
  • In the event of non-payment after 90 days, there will be no refunds or in-store credits.
  • Any returns on layaway merchandise (parts or MotorClothes®) will have a 20% restocking fee.
  • Layaways cannot be altered, modified, or canceled unless approved by a manager and will also have a 20% restocking fee.
  • Any layaway that requires special order will also require payment to be in by the last month of layaway before the order is placed.
  • Only one layaway per customer.
